Goal
IDnow identity verification services rely on a combination of human agents and A.I models to reliably detect and report on identity fraud, and recognise region-specific compliant documents presented by end-users.
This portal is the interface that mirrors the identification process that end users typically have to complete in order to sign up for a service, and allows agents to detect and report fraudulent activity such as fake documents, deepfakes, photo manipulation and others through the video call interface.
The challenge was to re-design an old system what was created without usability in mind because it is an internal tool and agents generally receive training upon joining the company.
The idea of this redesign is to consider Agents SaaS users and to provide them with a seamless user experience that would make training unnecessary.
